BRUSSELS, Belgium (AP) -- The European Union insisted Friday that governments and the private sector must share the responsibility of overseeing the Internet, setting the stage for a showdown with the United States on the future of Internet governance.

A senior U.S. official reiterated Thursday that the country wants to remain the Internet's ultimate authority, rejecting calls in a United Nations meeting in Geneva for a U.N. body to take over.

EU spokesman Martin Selmayr said a new cooperation model was important "because the Internet is a global resource.''

"The EU ... is very firm on this position,'' he added.

The Geneva talks were the last preparatory meeting before November's World Summit on the Information Society in Tunisia.

A stalemate over who should serve as the principal traffic cops for Internet routing and addressing could derail the summit, which aims to ensure a fair sharing of the Internet for the benefit of the whole world.

At issue is who would have ultimate authority over the Internet's master directories, which tell Web browsers and e-mail programs how to direct traffic.

That role has historically gone to the United States, which created the Internet as a Pentagon project and funded much of its early development. The U.S. Commerce Department has delegated much of that responsibility to a U.S.-based private organization with international board members, but Commerce ultimately retains veto power.

Some countries have been frustrated that the United States and European countries that got on the Internet first gobbled up most of the available addresses required for computers to connect, leaving developing nations with a limited supply to share.

The children are sold for $20,000 each on the open market. Many are selected by fake modeling agencies other are just plucked right off the streets.

If convicted, Ms. Al Jader faces up to 140 years in jail and $2.5 million in fines.

PRINCE FAISAL'S SEX RING IN HOUSTON

As we saw in the third issue Prince Faisal built a marble palace on Kirby in the posh River Oaks section of Houston. He had procurers go to various areas where young people congregated and bring them back to his palace. The prince had a continual party fueled by a stream procured teenagers both male and female. It was relatively easy for the procurers as the word got out about the sumptuous surroundings of the prince. The prince had the best of foods, drink and drugs available every day for his continual party. We do not know if any of these teenagers were enticed to Saudi Arabia. His favored girls lived at his palace, each had a leased car and the capability to go to the exclusive Saks Pavilion Shops near the Galleria and charge clothes to the Prince. Mohammed Al Fassi became so infamous with his perpetual party at his palace in Beverly Hills that he was run out of town after painting the genitals of his statues. Again, we do not know if any of the young attendees ended up in Saudi Arabia.

CAN SAUDI PRINCES BE CONSIDERED PEDOPHILES?

Many of the Saudi Princes would definitely be considered pedophiles and child molesters if subject to the laws of the United States. Within their own country they would probably not be prosecuted as pedophiles. When a Saudi prince abducts a child from the US, once in Saudi Arabia the child is considered his total responsibility to do with what he may. The State Department in their human rights report have justified Saud family slavery by saying; " it is part of the Saud family culture deeply embedded within the mores and filches of the society".M115

CHILD SEX RINGS: A BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS

The National Center for Missing & Exploited children reports: "The rule of thumb that psychiatrists and others use is that there must be an age difference of five years. ... child sex ring is defined as one or more offenders simultaneously involved with several child victims. ... In the syndicated (child sex) ring, a well-structured organization recruits children, produces pornography, delivers direct sexual services, and establishes an extensive network of customers. ... Maintaining control is very important in the operation of a child sex ring. It takes a certain amount of skill and cunning to maintain a simultaneous sexual relationship with multiple partners. It is especially difficult if you have the added pressure of concealing illegal behavior. In order to operate a child sex ring, an offender has to know how to control and manipulate children. ... control is primarily maintained through attention, affection, and gifts -- part of the seduction process."M116

The Committee for the Defense of Legitimate Rights in Saudi Arabia based in London through their Saudi dissident leader Mr Masari said; "one regional Governor, whom he accused of tolerating drug users and child sex rings".M117 Prince Mohammed bin Fahd, Governor of the Eastern Province has been accused by the Al Saud newsletter of condoning sex slavery within his administered area. We have been told Governor Prince Mohammed is an active participant in the child sex rings of the Eastern Province. We have been told he has parties for his friends with child sex as the main entertainment. Governor Prince Mohammed likes Hollywood where there are many boys and girls from which to entice into becoming sex slaves in Saudi Arabia under the ruse of film and modeling contracts. These sex slaves are allegedly sold and resold until they are used up whereupon they are helicoptered over Rubal Khali and dumped.

SCAMS AGAINST MINORITY MOTORIST USING TICKETS

According to a July 1, 2005 press release from the State of Illinois, Governor Blagojevich will take measures to "eliminate racial disparities in traffic stops." Blagojevish's position rests on a common fallacy that mere disparity implies wrongful discrimination. If there is "disparity" in conduct or behavior, one might expect "disparity" in law enforcement.

The absurdities in the press release begin in its first paragraph:

WASHINGTON, DC - U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft and United States Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald of the Northern District of Illinois today announced that a federal grand jury in Chicago issued a 22-count superseding indictment against former Illinois Governor George H. Ryan, Sr., and businessman Lawrence E. Warner.


The indictment charges Ryan with racketeering conspiracy, mail fraud, and other crimes alleging public corruption, official misconduct, and fraudulent conduct during his terms as Illinois Secretary of State and Governor of Illinois.


Attorney General Ashcroft said, “On the stonewalls of the Justice Department in Washington are chiseled the words: ‘No free government can survive that is not based on supremacy of the law.’ When a public official abuses his office, he drains the reservoir of public trust on which our democratic institutions rely.


“In bringing these indictments, the Justice Department is seeking to protect the faith the American people must have in their government.”


Ryan has been charged with a pattern of racketeering activity including: mail fraud; money laundering; extortion, attempted extortion, and extortion conspiracy; bribery; and obstruction of justice.

In 1994, the Illinois ACLU filed a class action suit charging that officers in the state's drug interdiction program target Hispanic drivers. Peso Chavez, a member of the Santa Fe, N.M., city council, was stopped for speeding on an Illinois highway. He alleges that a white driver in the car behind him was going the same speed but was not stopped. Last year, the U.S. District Court in Chicago ruled in the agency's favor in Chavez v. Illinois State Police. That ruling is on appeal in the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals

Meanwhile, last April the Village of Mount Prospect settled in a suit filed by three of its police officers charging the police department with targeting Latinos for traffic stops. The village denies the charges, but agreed to pay the three officers $900,000. As a condition of that settlement, the officers are no longer on the force. In addition, the department will be required to record the race of every driver its officers stop. And it eliminated the use of monthly arrest quotas. Nevertheless, the U.S. attorney's office is investigating allegations of racial profiling by that department.

FEMA and their thugs had all Monday night to prepare and plan the flooding from all sides ... Middle-aged men having sex with 12- to 15-year-olds was too much for Ben Johnston, a hulking 6-foot-5-inch Texan, and more than a year ago he blew the whistle on his employer, DynCorp, a U.S. contracting company doing business in Bosnia.


According to the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) lawsuit filed in Texas on behalf of the former DynCorp aircraft mechanic, "in the latter part of 1999 Johnston learned that employees and supervisors from DynCorp were engaging in perverse, illegal and inhumane behavior [and] were purchasing illegal weapons, women, forged passports and [participating in] other immoral acts. Johnston witnessed coworkers and supervisors literally buying and selling women for their own personal enjoyment, and employees would brag about the various ages and talents of the individual slaves they had purchased."


Rather than acknowledge and reward Johnston's effort to get this behavior stopped, DynCorp fired him, forcing him into protective custody by the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID) until the investigators could get him safely out of Kosovo and returned to the United States. That departure from the war-torn country was a far cry from what Johnston imagined a year earlier when he arrived in Bosnia to begin a three-year U.S. Air Force contract with DynCorp as an aircraft-maintenance technician for Apache and Blackhawk helicopters.
